Thank you for choosing International Vacation Properties Online Inc., the most effective marketing tool for advertising your vacation property. Please review the information below for current rates, discounts and set-up fees. The rates are as follows:

10 photo's included with all property listings.

* As of May 3rd, 2008 the yearly rate will be $129.95 for a twelve month listing.

One Year Listing - $99.95 USD - (Approximately $8.00 Month).

Guarantee

If you do not receive a booking during the first year, your property listing will be extended for an additional year for FREE. This guarantee may be used once only for each property listing. Guarantee does not apply to timeshare units or in cases where the property is not available for at least 6 months of the year.

Discounts

3 Property Listings save 20% applicable to each property listed.
4 Property Listings save 30% applicable to each property listed.
5 or more 40% applicable to each property listed.
10+ property listings please contact us for a customized package.

Set-Up Fees

If you would prefer to have us create your property listing, then a set-up fee of $15 USD will apply (fee includes any updates and changes during the listing time period.).
