Location is excellent, only 3 blocks from Santa Fe Avenue where all means of transportation are available to easily reach downtown Bs. As. or the rest of the province. It is 8 miles from downtown and there are 2 train stations very near (Martinez & Bme. Mitre).
Around the corner there is a supermarket and all types of small stores to buy delicious fruits and veggies and meats and all other specialties. One of the largest and best known shopping malls in Bs. As. UNICENTER is 10 minutes away.
Cleaning service is included and the kitchen has the essentials. Bedding and towels are provided. |
Unicenter Shopping Mall - Here you will find all the leading and exclusive shops for clothing, shoes, furniture, music, etc. and also cinemas.
The San Isidro Cathedral is a beautiful example of the native religious arts. There is also the well known "Artisan Fair of San Isidro" in the plaza right infront of the cathedral.
There is also a variety of places on the Rio de la Plata for all types of water sports, sunbathing and eating. The Train of the Coast of San Isidro where you will find excellent restaurants, stores and boutiques, movies and attractions for young and old.
The San Fernando Amusement Park is also close. The Delta of the Tigre, one of the most beautiful areas around Buenos Aires where there is also an artisan fair and market, a lovely casino and its typical houses. Boat rides and visits to nearby islands with all types of attractions.
There are many places in the neighbourhood to go dancing or to learn how to dance, especially the Tango Argentino and "Peņas" which are places where you can go and listen to the local and native music and shows.
For those who like to walk there is an endless possibility of gorgeous walks or to get to know the area by bycicle, there are organized group outings for all levels which can be a lot of fun and an excellent way to get to know the people. |

Found this place through a friend in Bs. As. before it was listed. It is charming and really user friendly. The main house is old colonial, the owner's is extremely kind and helpful and she speaks excellent english but what I liked the most was the privacy of being in my own little house surrounded by gardens, all peace and quiet and then being able to walk a couple of blocks and being in the center of everything I needed.
