The nearest subway station (metro) is 3 blocks away, 1 block to Cordoba Avenue, and 4 to University of Palermo. |

I stayed in this apartment for two weeks in July of this year (2007). It is in a perfect location, within easy walking distance of the subway, a major shopping mall, and an excellent grocery store. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. The owners are very friendly and make every effort to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Within the first 24 hours we felt at home in Danny´s spotless apartment. We stocked the fridge with supplies from the Coto supermarket, took the subte to the zoo and Recoleta, ate at some great local restaurants just down Calle San Luis. Danny´s the best. We wish we could recreate his hospitality in other cities.

I must say that this apartment was phenomenal. It was very clean, and spacious. It was in walking distance to everything. And I cannot say enough about how wonderful the owners were. They took care of me in every possible way.

Daniel, fue muy agradable haber sido tus huéspedes, estuvimos muy cómodos. La ubicación excelente, cerca del supermercado y el shopping Abasto, en un barrio tranquilo. Lo más destacado, el balcón con una bonita vista para leer un buen libro, tomar un vinito o comer unas ricas facturitas!
Sin más, Daniel es el mejor anfitrión!

Wir waren in dieser Gegend gut aufgehoben.
Die Wohnung war modern eingerichten,sauber,komfortabl sollte man Ein Laptop dabei haben besteht die möglichkeit diesen auch zubenützen da auch ein Modem in der Wohnung ist.Wir waren auch Gastgeber sehr zufrieden der sehr aufmerkasm war und sich um uns kümmerte wenn wir fragen oder anmerkungen hatten.Ein grosser Supermarket befindet sich ca 500 m von der Wohnung entfernt,ebensfalls ein Shoppingcenter für Kleider+Sportwaren.
Die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert.
