Now you can enjoy the warmth and amenities of 3100 s.f. Point o' Vue. It was designed by the acclaimed architect, Michael Alexiou of Nassau to the owners' personal specifications. There is 200' of private beach accessed by a winding boardwalk from the house.
The Master Bedroom is on the first floor off the Great Room. There is a king size bed, great view of Winding Bay and large full and mirrored bathroom. Upstairs are the Yellowbird and Blue Bunting Rooms. Each has a private bath and outside access.
The kitchen, living area, bar and entertainment center are all open with a 25' ceiling. There is a bathroom/shower in the Great Room and ceiling fans. The study has a phone, fax and many books and maps.
Winding Bay is located on the Atlantic side and is two miles around. The view from the house is spectacular! A boardwalk takes you to the beach for sunning, swimming, enjoying the cabana or for miles of walking and experiencing the sand, sea and colors of the glorious environment. The reefs off Winding Bay are some of the best in the Bahamas. Enjoy all Winding Bay has to offer.
