Welcome to Conch’d Out – a beachfront vacation house and cottage on a secluded beach with soft pink sand and clear blue water. Situated on a coconut palm covered point with majestic 180+ degree views, Conch’d Out is located on the on the Atlantic side of Eleuthera near the quaint community of North Palmetto Point.
The main house has two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and sleeps up to six. The upstairs bedroom has a King bed. The second bedroom is downstairs with two Queen beds and has a private entrance and patio. The nearby one bedroom, 1 bath cottage has a King bed, sleeps up to four and is perfect for larger groups also renting the main house. Both have Queen sofa beds in the great room and fully equipped modern kitchens.
The house and cottage are both casual and elegant…fully air conditioned, beautiful Italian tile floors and furnished with quality rattan and glass giving it that “Island” feel. Large patios, picturesque coconut palm trees and spectacular ocean views from every room create a unique tropical experience.
Conch’d Out is easily accessible- just one hour by air from Miami or Fort Lauderdale. The ocean here is normally calm and warm, making it the perfect playground for children of any age. You can float in the gentle swells or don a mask and snorkel to explore the fascinating coral reefs just offshore. Catch a fish or spear a lobster for your dinner, enjoy world-class bonefishing, or charter a boat for deep-sea fishing. Two 2-person kayaks are also provided for your enjoyment.
The people of Eleuthera are extremely friendly and hospitable and will immediately make you feel right at home. The island has many interesting places to visit and deserted beaches to explore. The islands of Spanish Wells and Harbour Island are just an hour’s drive away. Our attentive local caretakers, Andrew and Reta Bethel, will make sure that your Bahamas holiday is a memorable one.

Cancellation policy: refundable less $100 with 60 days written notice prior to arrival. |
Renter must be of 25 years of age or older .
Any damage to the property or its contents will be repaired to the original condition or replaced with items of similar quality. If Renter is not able to repair or replace item(s) with similar quality, Owner will utilize funds from Rentor’s damage deposit.
Renters agree to compensate Owner for reasonable legal expenses (if any) incurred by Owner to collect damages in excess of damage deposit.
At the expiration of the rental time, Renter will leave the premises in as good a state and condition as reasonable use and wear will permit.
The Owner or Owner’s representatives have the right to inspect the premises at any time without notice.
The refundable damage deposit will be returned no later than 30 days after Renters departure if there is no damage to the premises and the cleaning is not excessive.
Renter agrees not to smoke inside the premises: smoking is not permitted and Renter shall require all smokers to go outside.
If the total rent is not received on or before the date stated in the confirmation letter, this agreement will be null and void, and no refund will be due.
