Beautifully furnished and decorated, fully-equipped kitchens, AC and fans throughout, daily maid service. Secluded, but closest resort to San Pedro north of town, 10 minutes to town by water taxi. Pool, beachfront palapa bar, free bikes and kayaks, beachfront volleyball, spa w/diverse services, dive center, pristine sand, hammocks, outdoor barbecue. Dive/snorkeling guides take our guests out several time daily. Beachwalk to on-the-beach restaurants, all tours arranged with guest pickups by guides from our private 250' dock, experienced and caring resident management team. Flights to island booked from Belize City International or Municipal Airport, pickups in San Pedro. Sustained email/phone support before arrival. Children very welcome. Resident management team has many years of experience, knows intimately both the best tours and best guides, and makes all arrangements for guests. Activities range from one-of-a-kind excursions to the Belize mainland, including cave tubing, visits to the Mayan ruins, cruising jungle rivers, bird-watching and horseback riding. Other island activities include deserted beach explorations, kayaking, para-sailing, wonderful dining for all budgets, and snorkeling, diving and fishing -- these last three are world-renowned Ambergris Caye attractions. Also available: tennis, world-class golf on a nearby island, and visits to other Cayes, each with a special character of its own. |
| All of our 1BR suites (550 square feet of living space), and most of our 2BR, 2BA suites (1,100 square feet), offer unobstructed views of the Caribbean. These suites are air-conditioned, have fully-equipped kitchens, a dining area and a spacious living room. The quality of these suites is reflected in the construction throughout, the tile floors and countertops, the cabinetry of mahogany and Belizean cedar, the decorative imports from Mexico and Guatemala, the stainless-steel ceiling fans, the spacious bedrooms with custom-designed furniture, the hand-made sinks and large showers, and lots of windows facing the Caribbean waters. We believe these units are exceptional, and uncommon for island accommodations. |

Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy:
Payment terms: A non-refundable 20% deposit, by Visa or Mastercard, is required upon booking, to hold a reservation. Balances will be charged 45-60 days before arrival, depending on the season -- e.g., 60 days for all holiday and other peak-season bookings. The full amount due will be charged when arrival is within 45 days. All charge transactions will be confirmed within 24 hours, by email; guests are asked to confirm receipt of these emails. Reservations by phone will also be accepted. A 9% government room tax is charged on all bookings, to be paid upon arrival, with cash or traveler's checks. There is no additional service or gratuity charge.
Cancellations: If a personal or medical emergency, independently documented or verified in writing by a medical provider, causes a trip cancellation, and no trip cancellation insurance exists (strongly recommended), White Sands Cove will provide a "credit" toward an alternate stay, for the same number of nights, during off-peak season, at a time agreeable to both the guest and White Sands Cove. A $100 rebooking fee will be charged to cover administrative expenses.
Refunds for non-emergency cancellations, less the non-refundable 20% deposit and a $100 administrative fee, will be made only if the guest provides 60-days' written notice and White Sands Cove is able to rent that same accommodation, for the same dates, to others.

"Howard, where should I start?!?!? To say it was paradise is an understatement! John and I were very impressed with our suite. The view from the balcony was wonderful --- the perfect spot to watch the sunrise every morning! The guides provided for our tours were the best. John and I will never forget visiting Lamanai with Daniel, cave tubing with Gonzo and snorkeling with the very best. Overall, our vacation was very relaxing and lots of fun. We will visit White Sands again!

"Howard, sorry we did not get back to you when we arrived home in Mass. We had to shovel snow and go back to work after our wonderful vacation. The accommodations were just perfect. It was relaxing just to be able to spend the day walking the beach or laying in the hammock under the palms. Having the ability to stay in for dinner or eat out was sure to our liking. The location was remote enough with great access to all the activities. The staff was terrific in making arrangements for taxi rides, shopping excursions and even a few day trips that we thoroughly enjoyed. Cave tubing has to rank amoung the top 10 great adventures of our lives. Also, we enjoyed snorkeling on the reef and swimming with the sharks. All this activity made us feel 10 years younger. Island life is very appealing!!

All 1BR rates are double-occupancy rates; all 2BR/2BA rates are for
