Cancellations costs:
In case of cancellation till 42 days before the day of arrival: 25% of the rental price.
In case of cancellation from the 42th (inclusive) till the 14th day before arrival: 75% of the rental price.
In case of cancellation from after these periods: 100% |
The rental price has to be paid before arrival.
A deposit is required upon arrival.
Damage to the villa or the inventory has to be reported to our representative.
The number og guests may not exceed six.
Check in is after 14.00 and check out before 10.00
