We are centrally located along the east coast of Vancouver Island less than one hour north of Nanaimo in the heart of "Lighthouse Country". This wonderful waterfront property faces Denman Island with 100' of walk-on beach. Watch the boats come and go - marvel at the soaring Eagles. Enjoy the antics of the local seal colony. There are clams to dig, oysters to shuck and fish to catch. Bring your camera and capture the true beauty of the West Coast lifestyle and its marine life.
The four bedroom rancher style home comfortably accomodates up to eight people (ten in summer). There is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave and coffee maker, as well as a four piece bathroom with towels and a convenient washer and dryer. All linens and dishes are provided. There is a cozy woodstove for chilly winter evenings and a gas barbeque for summer cooking. A tv and telephone are provided.
The property is fully landscaped with a level backyard and only a few steps down to the beach.

For bookings make more than 8 weeks before the start of the rental we require a deposit of 40% of total rental payment plus surcharge if applicable and the balance will be paid 8 weeks before start date of the rental as well as the cleaning fee and damage deposit ($250).
