On weekly or monthly stays a deposit of $400 is required at time of booking, balance due 30 days prior to booking. Cancellation must be 30 days or more in advance of the reservation start. Refunds will be made in case of cancellation less a $50 admin fee if the unit can be re-rented. Your reservation is a firm commitment and you will be charged for the full length of your stay if you decide to leave early.
On daily stays 7 days less $50 administration fee.Within 7 days full amount of days reserved will be charged and refunded if the unit can be re-rented. |
