This huge 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom ski-in ski-out townhome at Forest Trails in beautiful Whistler, B.C. is located on Blackcomb Mountain. This luxury townhome boasts all the modern conveniences of home with cozy duvet covered beds, individual heat control in every room, fully equipped kitchen and sauna.
Walk to the village [10 minutes] but far enough away for peace and quiet after a hard day on the slopes. A free shuttle picks you up every 6 minutes and whisks you to the village for shopping or dining, ready to pick you up when you are ready to return. This large 3 bedroom sleeps up to 10 guests and has parking for 2 cars, one in the garage.
Main floor consists of entry with laundry, convenient mudroom for skis, boots and clothes and a sauna for your relaxation after a big day on the mountain.
Middle floor has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, serviced by a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, and microwave and a dining room seating 8 and a large living room complete with tv, stereo, vcr, gas fireplace and a pullout double sofa.
The deck off the living room has some good mountain views and has a propane barbeque and deck chairs.
Top floor consists of 2 large bedrooms - one with a queen bed and full ensuite bathroom with tub and a huge master with ensuite bathroom and tub.
* All beds are very comfortable with duvets lots of pillows and fresh linens
* Fresh towells, facecloths, shampoos, soaps, dishsoaps, laundry soap, etc. are all supplied. |

| To reserve please e-mail kerry@whistlerliving.com. The deposit to reserve is one nights rent plus GST and the 160 cleaning fee and the 500 security deposit. I accept all major credit cards, cheque, bank draft or wired funds [e-mail me for details]. The reservation is not firm until the deposit has been received. The remainder of the funds are required 60 days before arrival. |

If you cancel 60 days or earlier prior to your arrival, we will make our best efforts to re-rent the unit, if not successful you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancell after full payment has been made, we will again
make every effort to re-rent but if unsuccessful, the whole amount is forfeited.

Check in is 4pm-Check out is 10am - exceptions only with permission.
House Rules - No smoking in the unit [ok on the deck] and no shoes in the unit please.
Do not rearrange the furniture.
