This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE except under the following conditions:
a) The TENANT notifies the LANDLORD of his/her intent to cancel the booking in writing within seven (7) days following the booking date; provided the booking is more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date.
b) If the booking was made with less than thirty (30) days prior to check-in and the Tenant wishes to cancel, the Landlord will make every attempt to re-rent the property for the same time period and equal revenue. Upon successful re-rental, the Tenant will be issued a credit note for the amount of the rental which may be redeemed for a future stay at one of the properties owned by Blue Mountain Chalet.
A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be taken upon any cancellations or on any changes made on the reservation.
