| A non-refundable deposit of 1/2 of the rental fee is required at the time the Rental Agreement is signed. The remaining portion of the rental fee, plus a refundable Security Deposit of $150 is due two weeks before the start of the rental. |

| In-season rates apply from late June through August. Rentals are generally for one week, but shorter periods are acceptable. |
