The Cabot Trail's most spectacular pebble beach is yours at Wreck Cove on the east coast of Cape Breton Island. Comb the beach for surf treasures. Watch the cormorants dive from your breakfast table, enjoy a breathtaking view of the ocean sunrise, or marvel as the coral afterglow spreads across the water at sunset. There are 75 acres of ocean front and mountain wilderness to explore on natural hiking trails every season of the year. We also invite you to swim in the spring-fed pond and savour the produce from the vegetable and flower gardens in season.
Our new building offers a lovely one-bedroom loft with a complete kitchen, dining area, separate lounge and a full bath with laundry facilities. It is furnished with care and attention to detail to accommodate 4 in comfort and total privacy. Sunbathe in privacy or enjoy a barbecue on the back
balcony overlooking a little pond and a babbling brook.
A separate building houses the games room with a pool table, ping-pong table and dart game for those rainy days or long winter evenings after skiing or snowshoeing
From September 15th through to June 15th come to Singing Pebbles for a three-day culinary experience with renowned French chef, Gilbert Bordillon who welcomes you to his table. The adventure begins with a full course dinner prepared for you by Gilbert. On the following two evenings, join him in the kitchen to create simple yet delectable full course dinners that take advantage of Cape Breton’s natural bounty. Cooking with only the freshest and finest ingredients, we will demonstrate how to prepare them with care and imagination. We believe that cooking is far more than following a recipe; it is the application of a lifestyle reflecting respect for food and the person enjoying it. Really good meals should feed the spirit as well as the body. You will take away many savoury memories along with new skills and techniques that you will use every day and share with your family and friends.
Fee that includes 3 dinners and 3 breakfasts: $160 CAD per person
Accommodations: $180 per person based on double occupancy. $90 per each additional person to a maximum total of 4
Off season accommodation rates apply to full week stay.

Wreck Cove is at the centre of Cape Breton's premier attractions, minutes to Highlands National Park with its fabulous sand beaches, hiking trails and stunning rocky shores. It is close to kayak rentals, whale watching, sailing adventures, 2 world class golf courses, the Gaelic College, and fine restaurants in Ingonish and the village of Baddeck. We are also an easy day-trip from other attractions on the island such as the Fortress of
Louisburg.
The fall by the sea is long and beautiful, bask in the warm autumn sun of Cape Breton and marvel at the magnificent colours along the Cabot Trail. Also during the week of October,8-16th enjoy the music and fun of the Celtic Colours International Festival that draws Celtic musicians from all over the world.
In the winter snowshoe and cross country ski right out the cottage door along kilometres of gorgeous trails or down-hill ski where the eagles fly at Ski Cape Smokey just 20 minutes away.

| We request a deposit of 50% upon registration and the remainder 30 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refundable minus $50.00 cancellation fee if the cancellation is recieved 60 days prior to the reservation date. Later cancellations are refunded the sum we obtain from rerental minus $50.00 |
