| Beautiful 3+ bedroom cottage on Lake Simcoe. 100' of lakefront. Excellent year-round retreat. All amenities of home. Fully equipped, with linens and towels supplied. We have a delux BBQ, stereo system with DVD, VCR, CD player, 2 TV's each with satellite, computer with unlimited internet access, printer and fax. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, R/O drinking water system, air conditioning, deck, dock, fire pit with wood, a canoe, a kayak, a pedalboat, a hammock, board games, childrens toys and a badminton set. Excellent swimming, fishing, bird watching, ice fishing, snow shoeing, skating and snowmobiling. We have a jet ski lift and are close to boat launching sites. |
