This luxury 3 bedroom cottage in the Bayview-Wildwood Resort, situated on beautiful Sparrow Lake is ideal for rest, relaxation, entertainment and enjoyment.
The cottage, #401, is the largest at the Resort and is one of a kind, situated on a hill, comfortably accommodating up to 10 people with its 3 bedrooms and 2 quality pull-out couches. It consists of 2 full levels, and is fully furnished and professionally decorated in Classic Muskoka style. Two of the bedrooms include a panoramic view of the Lake. A large verandah, a portion of which is screened and covered, also faces the Lake. The kitchen, with microwave and dishwasher, includes all dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and small appliances, with a laundry centre attached. Only your food is required. All bedding, linens and towels are provided and mid-week maid service is included. The cottage includes a gas fireplace in the living room, a BBQ, and a whirlpool bath in the Master Suite. It is also fully equipped with central air, VCR, DVD, Satellite TV in the living room and each bedroom, Internet access, telephone, and Personal Voice Messaging sustem. The children's play area is in view from the cottage verandah. |
The Resort facilities are available for use by the Tenant. They include a sandy beach, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, exercise equipment, squash and tennis courts, a games room, water sport programs, bicycle, canoe, paddle-boat, boat and motor rentals, hiking trails, with skiing snowmobile and snowshoeing trails and skating during the winter months.
The cottage and Resort is a short drive from a marina, several golf courses, boat cruises, downhill skiing, and Casino Rama, and about 25 minutes from Orillia.
There is also a full dining room, take out, and lounge at the Wildwood Inn on the Resort grounds, facing the Lake. The Lake is also available for fishing, boating, skiing, and other water sports.

1. A rental deposit is required at the time of booking, equal to 30% of the total rental price.
2. A $300 security / damage deposit is also required at the time of booking. The security / damage deposit is refundable, subject to the property being checked by Resort staff after departure, and the cancellation policy noted here. |

Renters have the right to cancel the contract up to 90 days prior to the date of the rental with no penalty and a full refund of all deposits.
Renters have the right to cancel the contract less than 90 days prior to the date of the rental with the following penalties:
1. 89 - 60 days prior to the rental date, the penalty is the loss of the $300 security / damage deposit;
2. less than 60 days prior to the rental date, the penalty is the loss of the $300 security / damage deposit and the 30% rental deposit. |
1. There is no refund for less persons than the 10 maximum stated above.
2. There is no refund for early departure.
3. No smoking is permitted inside the cottage, or inside any buildings on the premises. Smoking is allowed on the cottage verandah as long as suitable ash receptacles are used.
4. No pets are allowed in the cottage, or on the Resort grounds.
5. Tenants are to register at the reception desk upon arrival and before departure. Upon registration, the Tenant will be issued applicable keys and parking passes. The Tenant will be responsible for the cost of replacing any keys or parking passes that may be misplaced and not returned.
6. The Tenant shall abide by any other Rules that may be in place, or set from time to time by the Resort management.
7. A detailed copy of the Resort Rules will be provided upon confirmation of the booking. |
Available for the following 7 day periods. Weekly rentals run from Friday to Friday.
Jan. 28 to Feb. 4, 2005 $1,500.00 for 7 nights
April 8 to 15, 2005 $1,500.00 for 7 nights
June 17 to 24, 2005 $2,000.00 for 7 nights
Aug. 26 to Sept. 2, 2005 $2,000.00 for 7 nights
Nov. 11 to 18, 2005 $1,500.00 for 7 nights
The above rates are somewhat negotiable and may be subject to change without notice. Prior to, or at the time of booking, please confirm the rates are in effect.
30% of the total rental cost is due at the time of booking. The 70% balance of the total rental cost must be received no less than 7 days prior to the rental start date.
All payments must be made by certified cheque, bank draft, or money order. |
