Lux. 3 bdrm cottage at Bayview Wildwood resort. Time share -- weeks available: Fri-Fri: 9/24-10/01, 2004; 10/01-10/08, 2004; 11/5-11/12, 2004;
Prime fall weeks -- colors at their best. Two jacuzzi tubs, internet accessible, three TVs, kitchen well equiped. All amenities at the resort available for use. Private spot on Sparrow Lake just north of Orillia, Ontario.

The cottage itself is spacious and beautifully decorated. Screened-in porch looks over Sparrow lake. Two side porches off downstairs bedrooms. Upstairs bedroom has king bed with jacuzzi tub and large bathroom. BBQ in back yard -- deck chairs on front grass looking at the lake.
Pool, hot tub, tennis courts, beach volleyball, shuffleboard, canoes and kayaks available on site. All other amenities and services from Bayview-Wildwood resort available, including dining room, squash courts, exercise room, hiking trails, boat rental, etc. |

| Two nights non-refundable deposit needed to hold reservation. Full payment due two weeks before check-in. $500 damage deposit check needs to be submitted as well -- will be torn up or returned if all is in order at the end of the rental period. |
| Cottage needs to be left as found. Resort will provide an inventory list on check-in. Damage deposit will be returned if cottage found in acceptable condition. |
| The rental price depends on the time of year. Summer rates -- CAN $ 2500/week. Fall, Spring, and Christmas -- CAN $ 995/week. Off-season -- CAN $895/week. |
