| In order to reserve your space, a deposit in the amount of $500 CAD (approx $375 USD) must be paid by credit card. No deductions will be made from the deposit for ordinary cleaning. |

If notice of cancellation (by phone or email) is received at least 60 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a $200 CND cancellation
fee. Any cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will resultin a full forfeiture of all payments made.
