No deposit is taken on the securing credit card except during large conventions and special events as determined by management.
One full night deposit is required to confirm reservations of 5 room/nights or more (=one room for five night or five rooms for one night). We will retain 50% if cancelled within two weeks of arrival.

We have a very liberal policy with respect to cancellations and only require a three day notice (noon local time three days before expected arrival*) but we would appreciate that a room is booked only if you are reasonably certain of needing it and if you must cancel a booking you give us as much advance notice as possible.
* Example: For Friday night room you must call BEFORE noon on Tuesday.
We will try to re-rent all rooms. If canceled within three days and we are unable to re-rent the room we will charge 75% of the room rate to the credit card used to secure the reservation.

Homeport Historic B&B/Inn c1858 is a non-smoking facility. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Travelers cheque, money order or cash (USD or Canadian) are accepted. Check in is USUALLY 3:00- 6:00pm, Check out is usually 11:00 am although we will try to accommodate guests outside these hours. Please call and let us know when to expect your arrival outside the posted hours.
Kids are always welcome at extra charge $15.
Well traveled dogs are welcome with advance notice.
