| The cottage was in 2002, located in Kamsack Subdivision in the Duck Mountain Provincial Park in Saskatchewan. It is situated directly accross from a family park with outdoor cooking facilities. and across the street from a boat launch. A block and a half from a small semi-private beach or a 10 minute walk from the main beach. The cottage is a 3 bedroom home, however one of the bedrooms has been turned into an office. The cottage comes with satellite TV for those rainy days or if you just want to cuddle up to a movie some evening. Deer, squirrels, raccoons and the occassional sighting of one of the local black bears are some of the animals you may see walking past the window or street. |

Attractions include a semi-private beach. A boat launch across the street. 10 minute walk to the main beach. Fire pit in huge corner lot. Fantastic fishing for walleye or Pike in the 2.5 by 2.5 mile lake. Plenty of walking and hiking trails. 5 minute walk from the confectionary store, where you can have a round of mini-golf on the 18 hole course or just relax on the deck and have an ice cream cone. Or if you are into the real thing, a 5 minute drive will get you to the magnificent 18 hole par 69 madge lake golf course.

| Deposits required are as such: %50 down to reserve the cabin along with a $300 damage deposit, which will be returned upon inspection of the cottage. |
