| In order to secure this rental period, the client will transfer, via bank wire 50% of the rental amount in U$D and 50% 30 days prior to arrival. The client will also hand-carry the $500 security deposit. This amount will be fully refunded upon check out, provided the management determines the house rented is found without damage or loss to anything related to the interior or exterior of the property. |

In the case of a cancellation at any given time period, Vacation Villas will refund all but 10% of the amount paid by the guest towards the reservation only in the event that the corresponding dates and property are filled by another reservation.

It is the responsibility of the client as an occupant to accept any financial burden for any damages to the house or its surrounding property caused by the client or any member of the party. The client will agree to pay for the total repair or replacement costs of the item in the event of loss or damage caused during the stay. Such damages and/or losses will be covered in writing and provided to you by the owner.
