CasaTolteca is a completely private luxury estate nestled within an enchanted tropical forest. CasaTolteca’s four spacious, well-appointed living suites, as well as its inviting pool and gardens, command spectacular views of the Pacific. The villa offers six comfortable bedrooms with three king and three queen beds, and six full baths--each with a double vanity, as well as expansive decks and a beautiful vanishing edge pool with refreshing waterfall.
CasaTolteca is more than just a private villa... it is a secluded private estate with four separate living suites spread out horizontally over the grounds (not a large vertical building). With over 6000 square feet of living space, huge covered balconies, plus large private gardens, and surrounded by endless rain-forest, you won't feel like you are cramped in a house.
CasaTolteca is ideal for large groups in that it provides two large great rooms for full-group activities while affording all the privacy of four complete living spaces, each with its own fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge.
Both the Sky suite on the upper terrace and the Ocean suite on the middle terrace have two bedrooms, two baths and great rooms large enough to accommodate gatherings of twenty to thirty people. The Jungle suite on the lower terrace and the Casita each offer an intimate studio. The Casita shares the upper terrace with the Sky suite. The pool shares the middle terrace with the Ocean suite.
During your stay at CasaTolteca, you'll be pampered with daily maid service. You can optionally have any of your meals prepared by a superb chef. Our expert, fluently multi-lingual concierge is eager to assist you with all your pre- and post-arrival planning and arrangements, including travel between San Jose and the villa, and any of the many amazing eco and adventure tours available in the area.
CasaTolteca is perfectly located right in the heart of Manuel Antonio, right off the main road just before you get to the world-famous National Park. You can easily walk to many fine restaurants, casinos, clubs, bars and discos. Several world-class beaches and the famous National Park are just a five minute drive or fifteen minute walk from the villa.
Despite its easy access to all the essential services, CasaTolteca affords extraordinary peace, privacy and seclusion within the forest. Frequent monkeys, occasional sloths, flocks of toucans, and many spectacular lizards may be observed about the villa. Hundreds of species of birds have been spotted from balconies in this area.

'We had a wonderful time at the villa and I can't thank you enough for all of your help and tips for a great vacation. The villa is just delightful and couldn't be more comfortable. We love everything about it. Everyone had a wonderful time, and the time, sadly, just flew by. What a perfect world it would be if we could stay there forever. My husband saw a chipmunk this morning and that showed just how far we've come from the exotic life we lived last week.

'Thank you for the beautiful accommodations at Casa Tolteca. It was breathtaking and perfect in every way. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful, clean, and spacious place to stay, with all the comforts of home. Every morning we were entertained by monkeys, both squirrel and capuchin, out back and around the balconies. We also had a sloth hanging in one of the trees and of course several iguanas on the tree tops--it was fabulous. During our last evening, several toucans swooped by and landed in the tree over the pool.
'Your concierge was wonderful and the maid did a great job. We were greeted by them on Saturday with gorgeous flower arrangements and a huge basket of fresh fruit. The entire villa smelled of fresh flowers. I couldn't believe my eyes when I walked in and saw the view out over the lush rain forest and the pacific ocean and how perfect everything was.
