IDUSKI MENDI is at 17 Boulevard Commandant Passicot, St. Jean de Luz, France: There is plenty of public parking in front. You can walk to the beach approx. 300 meters where there is a wonderful board walk and large white sandy beach. You can walk to all shops and cafes in the village of St. Jean de Luz. Fantastic dining. There is a Market two times a week on Tuesday and Friday 1 block behind IDUSKI MENDI.
Transportation: The Biarritz Airport is 20 minutes drive or the TVG Haull is 50 meters walk. Great location to visit the Pyrenees Mountains, San Sebastian Spain and all of the Pays Basque country.

Rates start at 950 euros per week double occupancy. Rates are based on the term, dates and occupancy. Long term discounts apply if booking the season 4 or more weeks.

Rates below are discounted for booking online direct with owner. The availability term and rate is exact and can not be prorated for less time. Our published rate with rental agencies is 1900 euros per week with minimum booking of 2 weeks. This is to cover their commissions. The rates below are offered for booking direct with owner only and for the term and price noted.
February 4 - 11, 2006 one week 650 Euros for the week. last minute discounted by owner
April 7 - 21st, 2006 two weeks 1900 euros for the two weeks.
July 28th - August 11th, 2006 2400 euros for the two weeks.
December 17th - 31st, 2006 two weeks 1900 euros for the term.
October 22nd to Nov. 5th, 2006 two weeks 1900 euros for the term.
Dates in 2007 will be during the French school holidays.
Reservation confirmation: We will accept a reservation with 50% deposit and signing of a letter of confirmation. Payment in full for all reservations will be received 60 days prior to arrival.
