House sleeps up to six people was completed in September 2004 with all the Old Provencal style with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms enclosed grounds with swimming pool surrounded by olive trees.

All rooms equipped with a double bed plenty of closet space; two of the rooms open out to the beautiful garden filled with olive trees through the French doors with view of Saint Jacques Hill. House fully furnished with fireplace in the living room with direct access to the patio, kitchen with four conduct burners, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, utensils, serving wares, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, and separate laundry room with washer. One of the bathroom has separate toilet and bathtub. The entire house is furnished in traditional Provencal colors and fabrics with plenty of extras making it a pleasant and comfortable home away from home including heated tile floors throughout the whole house. Pool house includes shower and storage for pool accessories.

Available all year round on a weekly or monthly basis, the rental rates include electricity and linens. The house must be left clean and in good condition or the right is reserved to charge an additional cleaning fee.
