We will refund your deposit in full if you cancel more than two months before your arrival. Otherwise the deposit is not refundable unless another renter is found.

The booking process :
Send me an email at contact@residences-paris.com indicating the apartment and dates you are interested in. l will contact you within the next hours.
Once you are decided on an apartment, send me all your contact information. I will email you the rental agreement form.
Fill in the agreement form, sign it and send it to me by mail with a check or Travelers Check deposit of 700 dollars to secure your reservation (500 dollars for Residence du Pont des Arts 1st floor). l won't bank it. l will just keep as a guarantee and return it to you at the check-out.
The reservation will be definitely effective as soon as l receive both the signed contract and the deposit. l will then send you an email confirming the reservation and give you all the instructions concerning the check-in.
Cancellation :
We will refund your deposit in full if you cancel more than two months before your arrival. Otherwise the deposit is not refundable unless another renter is found.
Payment of the rental & check-in :
l will meet you at the apartment to give you the keys and to provide you with all the instructions concerning the accommodation and area facilities. We ask for payment in full at the check-in. |
