This delightful, fully air-conditioned, one-bedroom apartment is located within a 15-minute walk from the Croisette and the convention center (Palais des Congres).
It is on the second floor and has an elevator/lift. The apartment is composed of a large living room opening onto a huge terrace with views on to the private garden and the large swimming pool, one bedroom, one bathroom, independent toilet, telephone, cable TV, and DVD player.
It has a fully-equipped kitchen with electric oven, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.
The bedroom, the sitting room, and the kitchen all have opening doors onto the large terrace, overlooking the swimming pool and the communal gardens.
The apartment has its own private parking place in front of the building. There is a regular bus service from outside the door to the main Cannes railway station, to the bus terminus where the airport bus stops, and to La Croisette. The shops are just a few minutes walk away. Tennis is available at the Cannes Tennis Club, which is about a 20-minute walk away, behind the Martinez Hotel.

* Nearest Beach - Cannes (one and two-tenths kilometers); time is five minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot
* Cannes is a major train terminus in France. The trains leave for Nice every ten minutes in the morning, then throughout the day every 15 minutes to half hour. The train ride from Cannes to Nice is 30-to-45 minutes depending on if you take a commuter train or not. From Cannes you can travel by train to Aix en Provence, Marsaille, Nice, Monaco, Italy, virtually all of France, and Europe.

Why not start planning your vacation right now??? Here is an idea for a one-day itinerary!... Breakfast in Cannes... lunch in Monaco.. dinner in Italy... back to sleep in Cannes the same night... sleep till 9:00... send husband for fresh croissants from patisserie at end of block and around the corner... catch the 10:30 AM train to Monaco.
Take a taxi up the big hill to the Palace in Monte Carlo ($10). Visit Monaco and have lunch in Monte Carlo. At 5 PM walk down the hill to the train station and take the 5:30 PM train to downtown to San Remo Italy, about 45 minutes on the train. There you will find wonderful shopping, great prices, till 8 PM. Have a great Italian dinner by the sea in the old fishing harbor and catch the 11 PM train back to Cannes. Midnight in Cannes - walk home fall into bed!!!

While close enough to be convenient to the beaches, we're also just far enough to provide a cool, quiet, relaxing and enjoyable "get-away" from the crowds, and the hustle and bustle along the beach.
Below are examples of our more popular day trips, along with some brief information. All are close by and can be reached in about an hours drive!
There are far too many places for us to go into any great detail here.
San Remo and Ventimiglia in Italy are definitely worth visiting in a day, and are favourite day trips for many visitors to the French Riviera.
We HIGHLY recommend you go to Ventimiglia for the Friday open-air market!!
But you should get there early - we leave at 6:30 to be there about 7:30 to find a parking space.
Then we suggest you visit San Remo in the afternoon, and head back to Cannes for dinner.
There are many popular visits, but you'll also find many "quiet" towns and villages that are just as interesting - if not more so!

A security deposit of �850 is required, to cover possible breakages, replacements, and repairs.
This security deposit is payable at least three weeks before arrival, and will be refunded in full, less the cost of any damage, repairs, or breakages.

EXTRA CHARGES -
There is a final clean charge of EURO 70, and weekly linen hire/laundry charge of �35 per person.
There is a Meet and Greet and Check Out inspection visit report fee of EURO 100 to be added to the rental charge.
Additional cleaning and maid service is available on request and is charged at Euro 8 per hour.
All extra charges are payable at the time of the final balance is due.
A Security & Damage deposit has to be authorised on a major credit card prior to arrival and then cancelled subject to no claims being made for damange, 21 days after the end of the rental

I want to take this quick opportunity to thank you for all of the date changes and etc.
Your condo is superb and we had the best time of any vacation.
On the first Sunday May my wife and I went to the early market. We arrived just as they were dismantling the booths. Beth tripped over a gate someone had left on the ground and she fractured her right arm. Was taken to nearby Hospital at the top of your street. They believed she had a fracture that required surgery. My wife is a nurse and she talked them into just casting her arm and off we went. We went to Massachusetts general Hospital on May 8th and my wife's fracture only needed a sling.
The reason I am writing is that despite LIFE we had the best time and hope that your person in Cannes found the condo almost as clean as we arrived.
We are considering asking to take the last week of April and first of May for next year. You have a spectacular home there.
Met some people from Orange County California told them about your property they gave me their e mail which I will send to you
I have a heavy Court schedule starting today.
We have a very lovely home with a Mercedes Benz that would be available . Have you or would you consider a house swap. Just an idea....

Just to let you know we had a wonderful holiday in Cannes, your apartment was a fantastic place to stay situated in the heart of Cannes. The children enjoyed the swimming pool and garden whilst we enjoyed reading on the sunny terrace overlooking the garden and pool, all very idyllic. It was convenient to be able to walk to local shops and restaurants as well as go for a swim in the Mediterranean. It was a very relaxing holiday and we look forward to visiting Cannes again.
