The property comprises an attractive ground level guest apartment with own entrance while the main part of the villa occupies two levels above. There is a large private pool and pool house with bathroom with shower, dining area and sitting area. This village is in a beautiful part of Tuscany where noble families from the old city-state of Pisa used to have their country estates. In the area there are several medieval towns to visit.
The location is ideal for touring Tuscany inland as well as the coastal towns.
Pisa is just 30 minutes drive away, Florence over an hour, the walled-in town of Lucca 45-50 minutes and the lively Mediterranean coastal resorts and beachs just 40 minutes.
On the garden level is the guest apartment which has a bedroom with queen and ensuite bathroom with shower, kitchenette and dining room.
On the main level, a lovely living room with fireplace, TV room, large dining terrace, dining room , well equipped country kitchen and a bedroom with queen and large bathroom. Upstairs there are four more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one of which has a shower and hydro massage.
The rental includes: a welcome dinner on arrival, electricity, gas, pool and ground maintenance and dailly cleaning part-time, except Sundays and public holidays and final cleaning. Extra maid and/or cook service can be arranged.
