The condominium consists of 14 units built up the hillside, so each one is private and has its own unimpeded view of the bay and out to open ocean.
There is a small pool and jacuzzi in shared common areas for use by guests.
The rooftop jacuzzi has views for miles over the bay but guests are usually so anxious to get down to the beach that they forget to visit the jacuzzi! However, a visit is really worth while especially at dusk when you can sip a tequila in the jacuzzi while watching the sun set over the bay!
Each unit has a living room with pull out double bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower unit (no bath tub) and bedrooms with double beds.
The units are fully air-conditioned.
There are no televisions but we do provide a small radio, cassette and CD player so that you can enjoy your favourite music!
Senora Maria comes in daily to do light cleaning and make the beds.
We provide towels and bed linen but you would have to bring your own beach towels.
Alfredo or Miguel are on duty during the day to look after the common areas and at night there is always someone on duty. |
Zihuatanejo itself is a bustling town geared to the interests and needs of visitors but very much with a life of its own. People are friendly and helpful, there are plenty of good restaurants, a wonderful food market and a glorious market for Mexican handicrafts. A large supermarket opened in 2000 with everything and anything you might need and is a five minute taxi ride from the condominium.
If you are interested in fishing, there is a huge variety of boats to chose from at the Marina to spend the day out at sea.
Ixtapa, an extremely successful tourist development with the best hotels, discoteques and restaurants, is a ten to fifteen minute taxi ride away.
