This beautiful, fully air-conditioned, three-story, private home is located in the private, gated community of Phase 1 of Playacar in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Surrounded by lush tropical flowers and trees, this house is within walking distance of Mayan Ruins, a tropical aviary, tennis courts, and the town of Playa del Carmen. It is only 150 meters from the luscious white sand beaches of the Caribbean.
The first level features two bedrooms, each with two double beds and private bath. The second level has a fully furnished kitchen and dining area, laundry room with washer and dryer, as well as a living area with satellite TV/VCR/DVD, CD/cassette player, and a good selection of videos and books, and an outdoor terrace off the dining room. The third level has the Master Suite with king bed, private and two terraces with beautiful views. The fourth level is a rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the Caribbean and Playa del Carmen.
Upon your arrival you will be greeted by the house manager, Carlos, who will be glad to answer any questions you may have and who will collect your deposit and show you the house.
A maid will come 6 days a week to keep the house sparkling for your use.
This fully air-conditioned private home is light and airy with lots of windows, surrounded by lovely tropical gardens and a refreshing swimming pool. We know you will love spending your vacation in this paradise.
