Cancellation and Refunds:
Low Season made 30 days before arrival are entitled to 90% of total stay.
For High Season and other major holidays cancellations made 60 days prior are entitled to 90%. Between 1 to 29 days in low and/or 1 - 59 days in High season and major holidays are not subject to refund.
Deposits:
50% upon confirmation balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Under 60 days full payment due at time of confirmation.
