When you arrive in Sandysgardenvillas you think you are in paradise. Long span of white sand and turquoise sea, coconuts, and wild life.
SandysgarenVillas and Residence is a unique place in that it is very quiet and exclusive, with only 10 units available. A relaxing vacation set in the natural beauty of the Mayan Riviera.
We have a private beach (for our guests exclusively) with palapa & beach chairs, located just across the private road that runs in front of the Villas.
All our units are fully appointed, air conditioned, and self contained condos.
Lovely one bedrooms POOL VIEW have a full kitchen, dining/ living room with Queen sized Futon Couch,private patio with hammocks ,Air Conditioning , TV SATELITE,Telephone,1 bedroom and full bathroom.
The upper units also have rooftop patio terrace, Ocean View.
The '2 bedroom 3 full bathrooms "Villas" are 2 storey, with the rooftop patio.
The main floor has a full kitchen, dining room, living room with queen sized Futon Couch,and full bathroom , tv satelite , air conditioning
The second level has 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms ensuite to each bedroom. walk out to a balcony Ocean View
Playa del Secreto is 20 minutes from the Cancun Airport and 10 minutes to Playa del Carmen, 5 minutes to the tranquil unspoiled fishing village of Puerto Morelos.
We have grocery on site, we can prepare and deliver breakfast lunch or dinner at your place for a minimal charge.
In P.to morelos you can experience the unsurpassed beauty of the second largest coral reef in the world, for snorkeling, or diving.
there are daily fishing trips, jungle tours, scuba diving.
You can have shopping in the typical artisan stores or...buy your fresh fish in a fish market, or have a dinner in one of the many excellent restaurants the best John's Grays Kitchen, Asia restaurant ,pizzerias, pubs or cafes.
In Puerto Morelos you will find groceries, internet café, bus, taxi, every thing you need.
Playa del Secreto is 30 minutes from the Ruins of Tulum, 40 minutes to Cobá Ruins, and 2 hours to Chichen Itza,

Xcartet Eco park: Also a natural paradise with a pristine natural lagoon and unique underground rivers. Swimming with dolphins programs is available in both eco parks. Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve: Outstanding array of flora and fauna This area of the Peninsula of Yucatan is also famous for their fresh water caverns, called 'cenotes',believed by the Mayans to be sacred and healing waters. There are several 'cenotes' nearby where you can swim, snorkel and scuba dive. Cancun: About 30 minutes from Playa del secreto. Transportation is available all day from terminal.
