The bus stop is right outside our front door and the trip into downtown Merida is about 20 minutes. Relax by the pool with a pocketbook from our extensive library, ot go out and see the sites and splendor of the Yucatan. |

We have satelite TV for those who need to "keep in touch" with the world and a library of contempory and classic movies for all the movie buffs. Of course, we provide wireless Internet connections as well for your use. Borrow a book from our extensive pocket book library for your reading enjoyment. |
| The city of Merida, where we are, is strategically located to the Mayan ruin sites of Chichen Itza and Uxmal, as well as other ruin sites around the Yucatan. There are bird and wildlife sanctuaries, as well as fascinating little towns and villages to explore to learn a bit about the people and their culture. Merida offers many excellent restaurants and numerous places for shopping. There is theater and performances throughout the downtown area, most of which are free. |
