| We have a wonderful house 200 yrds from the beach in the La Cachora district of Todos Santos. It has 3 individual bedroom suites, each with their own bath, all generous in size. The lower bedroom has its own garden with outdoor shower, and the two upper bedrooms have views to the ocean and mountains, with access to the large upper patio. The kitchen has everything you need for a great stay, and a wonderful bar that opens out to the the loggia. The living room has a great sectional sofa that has a pull out sleeper, as well as cd player and flat screen tv with a dvd player. Outside, there is an lovely private pool and spa, as well as plenty of room for bocce and volleyball. All of the rooms have large french doors that open the house up for great indoor/outdoor living. |

| Reservations require a 50% deposit with the signed contract, with the balance due 15 days prior to check-in. There is a fully refundable security deposit of $500 which will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out. It may be included with either deposit check. |

| A 45 day notice is required for cancellations. For cancellations of less than 45 days, guest will be charged a payment of two nights rental. For a cancellation of less that 30 days, guest will be charged the 50% deposit. A cancellation of less that 14 days will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit. If the property can be rerented for the reserved dates, guest will be refunded all but 25% of the total rental. |

There is local property management associated with this property for any problems or questions which might arise during your stay. |
$250 per night, $1600 per week, $3500 per month
For use of just the downstairs bedroom and the rest of the downstairs;
$175 per night, $1100 per week, $2750 per month
There is a three night minimum rental in all cases |
