BOOKING CONDITIONS
Cancellations:
Within 30 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost.
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival, there will be 100% charge for every room night cancelled.
All cancellations must be made in writing.

Our daily rate is based on numbers of people per night and is the following:
$NZ 610.00 (inc GST) double/1st 2 people; $NZ 75.00 (inc GST) each additional person. This rate includes daily servicing with up to 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom and exclusive use of the living and service areas as viewed and described. Teas and coffee making, arrival wine. En suite dining can be provided and breakfasts can be delivered at an additional rate |
