The villa seems to have grown naturally from the ancient rice terraces and pristine jungle. On some evenings the chanting of a faraway priest can be heard across the Petanu River Valley. To know Bali is to know its people. Villa Santai provides that opportunity.

Meals & Beverages
A meal plan is available at $30 per person for three (3) meals per day. Alternatively, since Ubud has many fine and interesting places to dine, you can elect to be charged based upon what you use during your stay.
Liquor and wine selections are limited in Bali, but our manager will advise you as to what is available. Bali has excellent beer, "Bintang," and sodas of all types.

Ubud, Bali’s cultural center, is less than five miles away. Your driver will take you to fabulous art galleries, fine restaurants, local cultural performances, and a vast array of fine local craft shops. Festivals are abundant in the region and a must-see experience.
If you like to go farther afield: visit the silversmiths of Celuk; the beach and nightclubs of Kuta; the snorkeling mecca of Ahmed; and the mother temple, Besakih.
Arrangements can also be made to play golf at the world famous Bali Handara Kosaido Country Club built in a volcano or the new Greg Norman designed course by the sea.
