Being all on one level-- Cayman Sands is also handicap accessible (3 ft wide doors, grab bars, etc.)..AND a large sandy backyard is great for children to play in, chase crabs, etc..
Centrally located on the island, Cayman Sands is closer to town/attractions than other villas in Rum Point...but close enough to Rum Point/Cayman Kai that you will spend plenty of time there.
