| In adition to the $1,200 weekly rate a $800 deposit amount per week will be requested. Deposit will be returned by LANDLORD less any charges (including damages) for which TENANT is found to be responsible. |

| Any cancellation should be notified at least 72 hours previous to the rental day. Otherwise LANLORD should keep 25% of the rental amount. Once contract is sign no other refunds are applicable. |
PETS are not allowed. In adition, TENANT agrees to maintain premises clean and in good condition in which they were received, normal wear and tear excepted. LANDLORD will not be liable for damaged caused to the TENANT’S property or life or to the property or lives of the TENANT’S relatives, guests, visitors, or employees by fire, hurricane, earthquake, storm or any other act of God. LANDLORD will not be responsible to third parties for any damage they might suffer while on the premises. This responsibility shall be assumed by the TENANT.
TENANT accepts not to engage in objectionable conduct. Objectionable conduct means behavior which may or will make the apartment or building less fit to live in for you or your neighbors or anything that interferes with the right of others to properly and peacefully enjoy their apartments or causes conditions that are dangerous, hazardous, unsanitary or detrimental to other tenants in the building. TENANT will use the apartment for residential purposes only and will not use it for any illegal, hazardous or immoral purposes. TENANT agrees to fully comply with the rules and regulations of the CONDOMINIUM. |
