This is the premier location in the quiet, exclusive Cayman Kai neighborhood at Rum Point. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets, morning walks on the beach, or snorkel and swim right out front of the condo. Lot�s of beach chairs to relax in the sun. Play some tennis and relax in the beautiful pool.
Walk next door and enjoy fine evening dining at the Hyatt restaurant or have lunches and drinks at the famous Rum Point beach restaurant. Diving, Stingray City trips, snorkeling trips, and all water sports are right next door at Red Sail sports. You can also take the ferry to Seven Mile Beach. Other fine dining is at Cecil�s restaurant at the Kaibo Yacht Club just down the road.

� Snorkeling- in front of the condo, Rum Point, Cemetery Beach and a
must is Sting Ray City. You can feed the stingray in the
water.
� Scuba- many good dive sites, lots of good dive shops. (Divelodge,
Ocean Frontiers, Red Sail Sports, Don Fosters, etc.)
� Fishing- try deep sea or bottom fishing with Island Girl Charters, Just
FishN, Capt. Bryans, Bayside Watersports, etc.
� Botanical Gardens- take a leisurely walk through the gardens, about
10 minutes from the condo.
� Hell- north of 7 mile beach, has a post office where you can buy a
Postcard and mail it postmarked from Hell.
� The Blow Holes- take a scenic tour on Frank Sound Road and visit
the Blowholes carved out of the shoreline.
� The Ferry- enjoy a trip on the ferry from Rum Point to the 7 mile
beach. The boat runs till 10:00 pm. You can also take the
ferry from the Kaibo Yacht Club.
� Submarine- stop in Georgetown and go underwater in the glassed
submarines at Atlantis Adventures and The Nautilus.
There is also a deep water submarine for 2 people that is
Fantastic, although a little expensive.
� Golfing- three courses on the island, an excellent 18 hole at the Links
At Safehaven, 18 at the Hyatt, and a 9 hole par three at
Sunrise Golf Center.
� Shopping- go in to Georgetown, lots of expensive and inexpensive
shopping to suit your budget.
� Dining- lots of really good restaurants near the condo. Try the Hyatt
At Rum Point , Cecil�s at the Kaibo Yacht Club, Red Ginger,
Portofino�s, The Lighthouse, Over the Edge, The Edge, and
There are Sunday brunches at Rum Pointe and Portofino�s.
Try the Sunday night Barbeque at the Driftwood Sports Bar.
� Groceries- there is a small store (Chisholm�s) about 5 minutes from
the condo. There are four other large supermarkets
( Fosters on seven mile, Fosters at the airport, Kirks, and
Hurleys.) They all have anything you will need. Best of the
Group is Hurley�s at Grand Harbor on the way to the
Condo.
� Internet- need to go online, try Dicken�s Internet Caf� or JD�s Pub on
Seven mile beach.
