We have 5 different villas. All villas are separate villa houses and are private with their own private pools. We have three 2 bedroom villas each with a private pool and wonderful view. We have one 3 bedroom villa with a private pool and a private spa. The luxurious Grand Villa is a spacious 4 bedroom Villa situated on 1-acre of landscaped property with flowering hedges and tropical plants. The Villa features an unrestricted breathtaking view of Dickenson Bay on 3 sides, along with a Private Swimming Pool, Courtyard, and Gazebo. It has a full outside bathroom around the pool, and a beautiful spacious pool deck. The Villa itself opens onto several patios, and has 3 Bathrooms and 4 Bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has its own Ensuite and a Private Balcony with a view.
It has a large Kitchen, a Utility Room, a Dining patio, as well as a Dining Room. This Villa is very open and it is in a private area. This villa can accommodate 3-4 couples or a family.
The Villa is fully air conditioned, and offers all amenities including Computer with Internet Access and Satellite TV. The Villa is only a 15-minute walk to the best Beach in Antigua, yet is secluded for romance and solitude and still close to all the action. Honeymooners are welcome! Ideally located to take advantage of the Watersports, Golf, Tennis, Casino, Shopping and Restaurants all nearby. Maid/cook service is also available.

A 50% deposit is needed to secure a booking and 50% one week before arrival.
A $300 USD security deposit is required prior to occupancy.

A full refund will granted if cancellation is made and the Villa is rented for the same time period.

we meet you at the airport and we can rent a car for you at the lowest rate possible in Antigua, if you so desire. We escort you to the villa and when you arrive at the villa we read the electricity meter and the day before you depart we read it again and you pay for the exact amount of electricity that you use in local currency which is very small but we do this to encourage responsible usage of the island's limited resources.
There is a damage deposit of $300 which will be refunded in the absence of any damage.
