| Long, wide, silky, pink sand beach with colorful ocean surf, that's what it's all about. Swim, snorkel, scuba, fish (even bone fishing), beach comb, be that lazy islander inside fo you. There is also the pool if you prefer or for very small children, Alabaster Bay is nearby with it's shallow water. Governor's Harbour, the governing capital of Eleuthera, is only several minutes away. There you will find great grocery stores, restaurants, shops (even dive shop), banks post office, library (free paperback exchange), and even a movie theater. Stop down town in the late afternoon and buy some of the day's catch as the fishermen sell their fish, conch and lobster at the boat ramp. Eleuthera is 110 miles long, explore its fishing villages, caves and ocean holes. |

My husband I wanted to write and tell you what a lovely time we had at Jasmine. The photos do not do justice
to the house or the beach. The high ceilings and the large, airy rooms at Jasmine just added to the relaxed feeling. Having just taken a painting class, I found the local artwork throughout the house to be very interesting.
We thoroughly enjoyed the beach with long morning walks and afternoon swims. Beach combing was a new and enjoyable experience. I know Paul really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch, drinking his tea and watching the sun come up over the ocean.
Our lives are so busy, it was just wonderful to be there, relax and do. . . whatever. We absolutely hated to come
back to the real world. We hope to get back to Jasmine.
