The subject villa is located in the Leeward area of Providenciales. Situated on a secluded and quiet one acre lot, the beautiful sandy beach is only a two minute walk away along a pathway throught the back yard. Nearby are other large villas.
Listen to the birds and view the beautifully landscaped grounds, while you sit on a large deck which surrounds a private pool.
The villa has just been redecorated, and the master bedroom is airconditioned, with an en-suite, and a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and is also airconditioned. The third bedroom is fan-cooled and has two twin beds. All bedrooms have sliding doors to the deck.
The second bathroom has a shower.
The dining area has seating for eight, and the villa has a very large living room area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, microwave, dishwasher.
The villa has cable TV, telephone, internet access, a large video, music and book library, and a radio.
A BBQ is on the deck, with louge chairs and an outside dining table.
Laundry facilities are available on site.
The beach here is sandy and perfectly safe for swimming. One can walk miles in either direction. A one mile walk to the left along the beach, and you arrive at the main resort area.
This villa is ideal for those that are seeking a peaceful and tranquil vacation, with all the ammenities of home.
The villa is children and handicapped friendly.
This villa is located next to another villa ("Antille") also owned by this owner. For those coming down with large groups, both villas can be made available

The beach is the major attraction in Providenciales. It has been voted by Conde Naste as among the 10 nicest beaches in the world. From the villa, one can make very long walks along a sandy beach. To walk the whole beach may take 4-5 hours. The water is beautiful, and safe for swimming. Rocks are rare, and most of the beach is sand. Perfectly safe for swimming. Waves are generally very small.
In addition, Providenciales has amongst the nicest snorkelling, scuba diving, and fishing in the Caribbean.
For evenings, Providenciales has amongst the nicest restaurants in the Caribbean. Seldom will you find a bad restaurant.
One of the nicest golf courses in the Caribbean is only 1/2 mile from the villa. A marina is only 1/2 mile away.
You will not find much in the nature of nightlife on the island, nor will you find an excessive number of stores, or casinos.
