On arrival you enter an oasis of tropical splendour crowned by gigantic palms that shade the spectacular 42-foot swimming pool and outsized terraces. Our gardens are filled with a breathtaking variety of tropical flowering trees and plants, including bougainvillea and hibiscus. Fruit trees such as banana, mango, papaya and coconuts are planted in our private preserve in an effort to attract and encourage the indigenous wildlife. A wide variety of birds and animals: butterflies, iguanas, coatimundi, howler monkeys, foxes, deer, ocelots and wildcats, anteaters, armadillos and others inhabit our private preserve. Our hillside location is ideal for catching the cooling breezes, thus minimizing the need for air conditioning.
- Ample secure parking, full use of the pool and gardens, paddle fans and optional air conditioning.

In the event of cancellation of this contract, a refund will be made as follows:
- With 60 days or more notice, a full Refund of the Deposit - less 20% processing fee.
- Less than 60 days: A Refund will be reimbursed - as above - only if the accommodation can be filled for the same period of time.

Our visit to Villas Casa Loma was absolutely splendid. One of the biggest impressions we have is of the quality of medical care available in Costa Rica.
