The apartments offer, cable TV, stereo HiFi including CD & DVD-player, telephone, fax and answering system, PC and highspeed internet accesss XDLS (free of charge), iron and iron board, hair dryer etc. Some of the apartments offer also balcony or air-condition.
The modern kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, washer and drier, coffee maker, toster etc. cutlery, pots and pans as well as other kitchenware are available for 6 persons. Electricity: 230V |
The most famous objects of interest of the city like the Imperial Palace (Hofburg) on the Ring Street, Spanish Riding School, St. Stephans Cathedral, the building and cultural monuments like the "State Opera House", the "National Theatre", "Theatre at Vienna" as well as " the Concert Hall" and "Musikverein" and Museum of Fine Arts, Museum of Natural History and Leopold Museums (within "Museums Quartier") are located within a few minutes walking distance from the apartment location.
Further landmarks of the city like the Danube Island, Prater and the Palace of Schoenbrunn and Belvedere and also the UN-Town with Austria Convention Center, are directly attainable in few travel minute (10-15) by the subway lines U1, U2 and U4 from the Central Subway Station "Karlsplatz" in 3 minutes walking from our builing.
Central location: You can reach the most important sights of cultural interest, as well as the business, shopping and entertainment centers by walking. The famous "Viennese scene" is also within 3-10 minutes walking distance from our location.
Shopping: Beside a big supermarket beeing located directly in our building block other shopping possibilities for all kinds of goods for daily need as well as a few banks, a postoffice, a pharmacy, further supermarkets, a tobacconists and 2 underground car parks are within 1-3 minutes walking from our location. Moreover the famous multi-cultural Viennese "Naschmarkt" (the largest open fruit and vegetable market of Europe) is just around the corner. On one end of the "Naschmarkt" there is the famouse Viennes "flea market" (open only Saturdays).
The "Kaerntnerstrasse" and "Graben"(both pedestrian precincts) as well as the "Mariahilfersrasse" - the most famous Viennese shopping streets - are very close to the apartments (5-10 minutes walking distance).
Universities: The two main buildings of the University of Technology and their library are directly around the corner. The University of Vienna is located within walking distance. |

Reservations might be cancelled until 21 nights prior arrival free of charge. Afterwards the following rules apply:
Less than 21 nights before arrival a cancellation fee of 300 Euro will be charged. Cancellations less than 14 nights before arrival 100% of the booking amount will be billed. |
Reservations will be hold on international valid credit card guaranties (with number and exipry date) to be faxed to +43-1-8777191.
If you do not like to use your credit card 50% of the total reservation amount has to be pre-payed as deposit to hold reservations.

Please Notice: The minimum stay is 3 nights
Single: 90 - 100 EURO per night (depending on duration of stay)
Double: 110 - 125 EURO per night (if 3 nights)
Double: 110 - 120 EURO per night (if 7 nights)
Additional person: 20 - 25 EURO per night (depending on duration of stay)
Childern under 4 years will NOT be charged!
Childeren 4-12 years 15 EURO per night
Monthly rates:
Single: From 1890 EURO (63 EURO per night) in studio apartment
Double: From 1980 EURO (66 EURO per night) in studio apartment
Additional person: 10 EURO per night
Christmas and New Year rates:
Double: 125 EURO per night
Additional person: 25 EURO per night
Discounts for monthly rate might be offered for long-term stays (longer then 3 month) on request.
