-The elm groves ("Le Olmate") huge avenues of shady trees where one can enjoy peaceful and quiet walks.

-The Franciscan convent (1675) dedicated to St. Anthony of Padua.

Dear M, L& F,
This apartment has been wonderful to us!
Its great central location made it easy for us to do a lot of
sight-seeing in our limited time. We really loved Rome,
the Coliseum was spectacular. We enjoyed having a
kitchen to escape our weeks of restaurants, and
actually cook for ourselves...We have enjoyed our visit
and hope to be back someday,
Thanks for renting the apartment to [us] ..., and thank you for all the maps,
books and suggestions you left for us. We used them a
lot.

Hi,
Yes, thanks...had a wonderful time in Rome, due in large part to the
great apartment; centrally located, quiet, every amenity we needed...I
would definitely love to rent it again should I be in Rome in the future.
The people there were wonderful as well and I was incredibly impressed
by all the city had to offer....

M, Charlestown, MA, USA

The pleasure was all ours during our stay at Villa
Ughi. When we arrived here in Florence, more than
once we joked about calling you... to ask if
you might have an equally nice space for us in
Florence. I'm afraid our first accommodation in
Florence was disappointing...
...When we return again to Rome, we hope Villa Ughi will again be available!

K, Philadelphia, PA, USA

What a great time we had.
Thanks so much for all your help.
The apartment was perfect, it wouldn't have been the same
in a cold hotel room.
Thanks again!

T, Brooklyn, NY, USA

Many thanks for allowing us to stay at Villa Ughi ...
It was a comfortable place to relax ... in anticipation of the next day ...
through the lovely ... Tuscian countryside.
We enjoyed our visit to Oriolo Romano...
Ciao.
