We are the owners of a historic farmhouse dating back to the 1400s, built on Colle Giorgio,a hill just outside PERUGIA . Located in open countryside,but a mere stone's throw from the historic centre of the city, it was converted into a family villa in the 1970s.
During 2001-2002,the building has once again been refurbished and remodelled into four sumptious apartments,three of which are intended for families wishing to spend brief holiday periods in Umbria.
What makes this offer unique is undoubtedly the friendly family management, which provides a combination of tradition and culture with the three priorities of ELEGANCE, COMFORT and THE CLOSE PROXIMITY OF THE OWNERS. Their hospitality will ensure: help with all your needs, suggestions for sight-seeing and cultural tours of the most interesting Umbrian towns, such as Assisi, famed for its spirituality and its art, the cathedrals of St Francis and St Clare, frescoes by Giotti etc.; Gubbio, the quintessential medieval Italian town; Spoleto, well-known for its Festival of the Two Worlds; Spello, noted for its works of art and Etruscan and Roman monuments; Lake Trasimeno, the third largest lake in Italy;Todi, an artistic town with magnificent views of the surrounding hills; Orvieto, with its celebrated cathedral; Derata, famous for its hand-made majolica pottery; and many other towns and villages,all vital and interesting for their culture, art, and craft
traditions.( as well as Rome and Florence, a mere one-and-a-half hours drive from Perugia.)
Finally, we should not forget Etruscan and medieval Perugia, a cityof art, culture and nature, and also the important events which
take place there throughout the year, for example the Umbria Jazz Festival and Eurochocolate.
The owners will also be delighted to provide any information required for guided tours with the best tour guides in Umbria.
We would also like to mention that Umbria is internationally famous for the quality of its wines and olive oil, both of which have been
produced and exported for centuries. Visits to wineries and oil mills can also be recommended, so that guests can experience the ancient roots of the land of Umbria. |
| Furthermore, a deposit of Euros 300 will be required to cover any eventual damage to the apartment during the stay, though this Euros 300 deposit, will be, of course, be completely refunded at the end of the stay if no damage has incurred. |

Conditions: On making a reservation, guests will be liable for payment of 30% of the total fee as deposit, a sum that will be forfeited on cancellation of the reservation. The remainder of the fee due must be paid at the Check in (please, cash or travel cheques because we can not accept credit cards )Furthermore, a deposit of �300 will be required on arrival to cover any eventual damage to the apartment during the stay, though this �300 deposit will, of course, be completely refunded at the end of the stay if no damage has incurred.
NOTE :SHOULD A RESERVATION BE CANCELLED (ALSO THE THEY AFTER THE DEPOSIT PAYMENT) GUESTS WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE MONEY THEY HAVE PAIED AND NO REFUND WILL BE MADE .
