Olive trees and vineyards of the gentle country hills of Sabina, Italy, surround this small charming villa. It is an ideal base to visit Rome, (40 minutes by car, 50 by train). At the same time one can enjoy the calm of a still undiscovered country rich in genuine tastes and unspoiled traditions.

| It is a two-story home which will sleep six. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom (shower) on the top floor, a large living/dining room with a sofa bed, kitchen, and bathroom (shower) on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas stove, refrigerator and washing machine. The outside patio, and the swimming pool for exclusive use of our guests, looks towards the evocative Soratte Mount, where Orazio, the Latin poet who lived a longtime in Sabina, wrote his poems. |
La Pazziella is located 10 km away from A1 highway that links Milan to Naples. This convenient location allows daily excursions to the most interesting artistic sights of Latium and Umbria, (Spoleto, Orvieto, Assisi) and to the most famous archeological sites of the Etruscan area, (Viterbo, Tarquinia, Tuscania). Florence and Siena are about a two hour drive away.
In nearby villages you can book a reservation in a very well equipped fitness center, a golf course (9holes), or take walking or biking tours with a guide. |
