The condo is located on a hillside, in the lovely old village of Piovere in Tignale. The floors are all white tile, there is a master bedroom with a European queen size bed and a second bedroom with 2 single trunk beds. Both bedrooms have plenty of space in the armoires.
The living/dining/kitchen area opens to the wrap around balcony, overlooking the lake and Monte Baldo. The view is beautiful and the place is very serene. There are steps to climb to come into the unit but once you are there you will not want to leave! There is parking for your car. The flat is fully furnished.
Piovere is an old city with narrow streets and old stone houses, which lead to the church, standing at the top of the hill with incredible views from its garden. There is only a small grocery store in town so please make sure to visit one of the supermarkets in Gargnano, which is about a 7 minute drive from the apartment. |

| All cancellations within 30 days of your arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 29 days before your arrival date are not accepted and your 50% deposit will not be returned to you. But if we do find another guest for your reserved time slot, we will refund your deposit. |

| There is a Euro 30 cleaning charge payable upon reservation, with your 50% deposit. Balance due 30 days prior to date of arrival. A fully refundable security deposit of Euro 300 is required at the time of reservation. |
