We are Ella, Paolo and Leo Rese. We are ex city dwellers who have escaped the traffic and pollution common to urban centres and in building these flats we are able to offer hospitality to others who want to get away from the stresses of daily life in the city, especially nature lovers.
We started this project many years ago in The National Park of Cilento and the Vallo di Diano, uncontaminated areas with no factories, where traffic is virtually non-existent and the sun shines generally 300 days of the year. This area is one of the few which continues to be uncontaminated and has been chosen by UNESCO as World Heritage and as Biosphere Reserve MAB-UNESCO (Man and Biosphere).
In our property we have 2 beautiful large flats with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and lounge/dining room and panoramic terraces, and one 1 bedroom flat with a small garden.
We provide sheets and kitchenware (including plates and cutlery) TV and washing machine but no towels or italian coffee pot ( because it must be used constantly to give a good flavour). If you are tea drinkers I suggest bringing your usual tea because I find Italian tea undrinkable.
The closest coast to us is the very beautiful Cilentana coast which goes from Paestum (sea and archeaological site) to Agropoli, Castellabate,Punto Licosa Acciaroli, Casalvelino, Ascea ( Velia which is also an important archaeological site), Pisciotta, Palinuro and Marina di Camerota.
Our flats are 10 minutes by car from Agropoli (sea).
Napoli, Pompei, Amalfi, Capri and Sorrento are a days outing from here.
We also cook our biological products by request for euro15/person including wine, small children for free and 8-10yrs half price.

Clean air, little traffic, no factories, 10 minutes by car from sea,boat rental, scuba diving, tennis, 200mtres from supermarket, bank, small cinema, pizzeria, with low prices, called Angolo Rosso at walking distance where you can also eat local Mediterranean foods and the children can use swings, medieval castle in panoramic village surrounded by chestnut forests, bush walks, horse riding, archery.

Cilento is very good wine territory, our too! All the very beautiful Cilentana Coast, Paestum with its archaeological site and the real mozzarella cheese from the buffalo farms, Velia which is an archaoligical site, The Amalfi Coast, Pompei, archeological sites of Castellammare, Oplonti and Herculanum, Naples and Sorrento are a days outing and not least Cilento's National Park with the typical Italian villages surrounded by olive groves and vineyards.

Our first policy is to offer on arrival a bottle of our own wine!! Another of our main policies is to give clear directions and to come to meet you whatever time you arrive.
From Salerno take the autostrada towards Reggio Calabria. Leave the autostrada at Battipaglia and take the road for Agropoli Paestum ( you go almost all the way around the roundabout). You will come to Agropoli Nord then Agropoli Sud but don't exit at these, then you will come to an exit just before a tunnel with a sign for PRIGNANO and this is where you exit. If you ring me when you are coming off the autostrada at Battipaglia we will come to meet you at the Prignano exit. Ring any time if you need help.

Gas, electricity and water are included in the price.
Heating is always paid separately during the colder months.
No cleaning fee at the end if the appartment is left in acceptable conditions.

2004. Dear Ella and Paolo,
We are not sure if we expressed adeguately how very much we enjoyed the wonderful evening and meal in your interesting home. It surpassed anything we could have hoped for. You are both, obviously, very proud of what you produce and achieve, and rightly so. Everything: the food, the wine ambiance and company is of the finest quality and we feel very privileged to have had such a superb experience.

330-600 euros/week depending on the time of year except for the 2 central weeks of August when the price is 890/1000/week for a large apartment and 400euros for the small apartment
