| A $2,000 deposit is fully refundable, less any damages or long distance phone calls made on the Mexican phone lines. Of course, if you use our internet-based phone line, there is no charge for calls to US and Canada. We usually return the security deposit within a week after your departure. |
Thank you, we had a fabulous, relaxing time! The staff is wonderful, the food was delicious and the house is beautiful. The photos on the internet do not do it justice. We hope we can plan to go again next year. Would it be possible for you to let us know of available dates beginning in January of 2008? Many thanks for your assistance!

My wife was truly surprised by it all...Everyone had a blast, with wonderful memories of staying at the Palace on La Punta and visiting the Manzanillo area. J.P. and the staff we're truly perfect. The wives are still talking about Pilar's great foods and presentations.

The Palace by the Sea is everything you described, and much more!
The house is so beautiful, in a grand setting, and you and Frankie have filled every nook and cranny with beauty. You seem to have thought of everything! I was especially taken with the high quality of the accoutrements - furniture, table settings, bedding, and so on.
The staff was very efficient and solicitous, always with a smile. Pilar's culinary skills gave us wonderful meals. Mary did well, too, in Pilar's absence. Jose and Patty were always helpful. All in all, these lovely people added greatly to our visit.
Both of you could not have done more to provide an enjoyable visit to the Palace. You were helpful at every turn, and gave us so much useful information.

Hello Frankie and Howie-
We did have such a fabulous time celebrating my 40th Birthday!! We were there with some of our best friends who have traveled all over the world. We ALL agreed that The Palace was definatly a "10"!! From the incredible setting, to the first class accomodations, to your very proffesional and capable staff- we could not have have a more perfect time!!
We are VERY interested in reserving 1 0r 2 weeks for next year! Please let me know which weeks are available in 06' and we will transfer our deposit towards them.
You have a wonderful place at The Palace- you should be very proud to call it "home".
