Its a beautiful 2 floor pentouse on the ocean, on the first floor you have a full bath, kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a 6 person dining room and a living room, from the living room you go out on a terrace, with an incredible view of all the bay of Cozumel.
On the second floor, the master bedroom with a king size bed overlooks the ocean, and the second bedroom with two twin beds overlooks the jungle.
All the rooms have air conditioning and fans, with the property I include 4 bikes to stroll around the north hotel zone, because its the cycling route by tradition.
Also you can ride to town, which is only two miles from the condo.
Snorkeling from the condo is amazing, so dont forget to bring your gear, if you like fishing you can bring you rods, right out of the condo you can do it.

Cozumel is a beutiful island and the north hotel zone is quiet and relaxing.

Cozumel is a divers paradise, but also snorkeling is awesome, swimming in the turquoise water is a must.

Low season special 135.- per day from june 1st to december 15, except Thanksgiving weekend, which is 210.- per night.
