| The Lodge, on 2 acres adjoining an estuary, is just a short walk from the Pacific Ocean. Rented to oe group at a time, it is ideal for personal or business mettings: family reunions, weddings or receptions, staff retreats. It has a large living room with a 6 foot firepace, can seat up to 16 in the dinning room, and has a full kitchen. It is rented to one group at a time for a minimum of 2 nights. |
| The Lodge provides a relaxed setting with an outdoor barbacue. TV, VCR, computerr conection, record player, phone provided. Washing machine and dryer provided. Beds are made up and towels are provided. |
| The beautiful Oregon Coast provides many opportunities for outside activities. There is fishing, ocean, lake or stream, and there are 3 golf courses. Nearby communities provide shoping, dinning, art galleries, shoping, and more |
| For 2 or 3 nights a deposit of $800 is required. For 4 or more nights, $1600 is needed. |

| A deposit of $800 is required. A full refund, less $40 handling fee, will be made up to 30 days prior to the revervation. No refund will be made for cancelations of less than 30 days. |
